  • What are your business hours?

    Our company JK Irrigation works all year round and doesn't stop. 

    The online shop is limited by couriers, bank holidays, weekends. 

     If you are ever in desperate need, please email us.

    Monday to Friday 07:00 - 17:00

  • Where is your main office?

    Via our retail outlet, UK Flow Centre in Sundridge, Kent, Just off Junction 5 of the M25. 


  • How do I pay on account?

     If you are a business and wish to select "Pay on Account" please contact us for an account form.

  • Can I get a full refund?

    Where a refund is due, we refund the original payment method after receiving and inspecting returned goods, or proof of return where applicable. Contact office@jkirrigation.co.uk first with your order number. Return postage is normally paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are handled separately, and your statutory rights remain unaffected. See our Returns and Refunds page for the full policy.

  • What is your return policy?

    Contact office@jkirrigation.co.uk with your order number before returning goods. For eligible standard stock, we accept return requests within 30 days of delivery if items are unused and resaleable, with original packaging where reasonably possible. You normally pay return postage. Special-order and bespoke goods are subject to agreed terms; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Approved returns go to UK Flow Centre, Dryhill Lane, Sundridge, Kent, TN14 6AA. See our Returns and Refunds page for full details.

  • Can you help me with products?

    Yes. Our experienced team offers practical information and advice on irrigation products, compatibility, installation and fault finding. Send us photographs, product details and a brief description of your project so we can help you choose the right solution.   • Do you have any branches overseas?

    Not at this time, we sell within the UK only via this shop.

    All of our irrigation training is now managed through our main outlet and training centre, UK Flow Centre. Visit UK Flow Centre training for current courses, dates and online booking.
