CONTACT US FIRST
To request a return, cancellation, refund or exchange, email office@jkirrigation.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your request. Please do not send goods back without first receiving return instructions.
CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
For eligible standard stock items, we accept return requests within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in resaleable condition and returned with its original packaging where reasonably possible.
Return postage is paid by the customer unless we agree otherwise in writing.
For online consumer purchases, nothing in this policy affects your statutory cancellation rights. Consumers normally have 14 days from receiving goods to tell us they wish to cancel. Where that right applies, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have told them otherwise.
NON-STOCK, SPECIAL-ORDER AND BESPOKE GOODS
Some items, including certain water tanks, pumps and specialist assemblies, may be obtained specifically to meet a customer order rather than being held as ordinary stock.
Returns for these items are subject to prior agreement. Any restocking charge or deduction will be identified and agreed before the order is placed, and will not affect mandatory consumer rights.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS
Please inspect your delivery on arrival and contact us promptly if an item is faulty, damaged, missing or incorrect. Include your order number, photographs where useful and details of the issue.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

REFUNDS
We will confirm when we have received and inspected a return. Where a refund is due, it will be made to the original payment method. We may wait until goods are returned or proof of return is supplied before issuing a refund where the law allows.
