Join two male BSPT fittings with a Hansen female-threaded hex socket. Choose the matching thread size for water and irrigation connections. It is used to join two compatible male-threaded fittings, valves or adaptors in a straight line. The hex body provides a secure grip during installation.

Choose the correct size

Select the BSPT size that matches both male-threaded components. This is a female-to-female threaded fitting and is not for direct connection to plain pipe.

Installation guidance

• Confirm the thread type, gender and size before fitting.
• Use a suitable thread sealing paste or tape on threaded joints.
• Do not overtighten: hand-tighten, then tighten a further one to two turns only.
• Do not install below driveways, paths or foundations.

Not suitable for swimming-pool or spa water with high chlorine concentrations.
