This imperial PVC barrel nipple provides a plain solvent-weld connection at one end and a threaded connection at the other. It is used to adapt an imperial PVC pipe run to a compatible threaded fitting or component.

Use and installation

• Plain end for solvent-weld connection to compatible imperial PVC.
• Threaded end for a compatible threaded connection.
• Use a suitable thread seal where required; do not solvent-weld the threaded joint.
