Imperial PVC fittings

Imperial PVC-U fittings are sized in inches and are intended for compatible imperial PVC pipework. Imperial and metric PVC are not automatically interchangeable; use a suitable transition fitting where systems meet.

This plain imperial PVC socket joins two compatible imperial PVC solvent-weld pipe ends in a straight line. It is a simple coupling fitting for extending or repairing a pipe run.

Use and installation

• Plain socket connections at both ends.
• Select the required imperial inch size.
• Use suitable PVC cleaner and solvent cement for both joints.
