Imperial PVC fittings

Imperial PVC socket with plain solvent-weld end and female BSP thread. Connect matching pipe to a compatible male-threaded fitting. Imperial and metric PVC are not automatically interchangeable; use a suitable transition fitting where systems meet.

This imperial PVC socket has a plain solvent-weld connection and a female BSP threaded connection. It is used to join compatible imperial PVC pipework to a male BSP threaded valve, fitting or component.

Use and installation

• Plain end for solvent-weld connection to compatible imperial PVC.
• Female BSP threaded end for a compatible male BSP connection.
• Use an appropriate thread seal on the threaded joint.
