Rain Bird RSDBEX Wired Rain Sensor

A wired rain shut-off sensor for compatible 24 V AC irrigation controllers. The sensor interrupts automatic watering after the selected rainfall level is reached and resets as it dries.

• Model: RSDBEX
• Rainfall setting: adjustable from 3–20 mm
• Supplied with mounting bracket
• Includes 7.6 m of two-conductor wire
• Adjustable vent ring controls drying time
• Switching capacity: up to ten 24 V AC, 7 VA solenoids per station plus one master valve

Installation

Mount where the sensor is exposed to rainfall but clear of sprinkler spray, roof run-off and obstructions. Wire it only to the controller’s specified sensor circuit. Do not use it to switch a high-voltage pump circuit directly.
